The people that work in CVS are very nice, that's why they get an extra star. The pharmacy people are jerks. They act like they hate their jobs. They make you feel like your bothering them when you come to pick up your prescriptions or ask a question. The actual pharmacist talks down to you like your stupid for asking a simple question about your medication you're on. (That did not happen to me but I witnessed the pharmacist do it to another person. She also wasn't quite or discreet) I hate going there every month. I dread having any sort of issue with my prescriptions. Sick or injured people need compassion.... everyone does. I only go there because it is walking distance to my house and my insurance isn't covers at Walgreens.

Always helpful and polite -- even when customers were rude and impatient.  This is not a 24 hour and this is NOT the fault of the staff.  There are 2 24 hour pharmacies I'm aware of in Santa Clarita, maybe 3.  People with small kiddos need to find out AHEAD of time where these are so you are ready when you need something in middle of the night.   One more thing, these people put the people who are in line FIRST over the phone.  If you are on the phone, you need to learn to be patient.  A+

The pharmacy only until 6 pm that's not good

This pharmacy was open late when needed, but did not easily answer the phone. It seemed understaffed. When I got there they said their computers were down and could not process payment from my insurance. I had to pay cash. They said I had to come back the next day to get my money back but I was driving through town and not going to be coming back. I later wrote to the store and submitted all my info and the nice person sent me a money order!! Thank you CVS
