I am very pleased with the service and care I received at the Minute Clinic at CVS at 240 E Hampton in Whitefish Bay, WI  The care was comprehensive and Rebecca, the nurse practitioner, was kind and compassionate. I will not hesitate to return when I need health care services.

Don’t show up shortly before closing hour. They won’t see you. I thought that was the purpose of having open/closing times at walk in clinics, to walk in before closing and be seen, but I must be wrong. There was no line and no one was being seen. The practitioner just didn’t want to work the last 5 min of her shift to give me flu shot.

I have shopped at this store for years and have had some mixed experiences. The older female pharmacy clerk who takes in the prescriptions has been unnecessarily rude to me on several occasions, but the two pharmacists that I have seen there recently are both friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this pharmacy because of the high quality pharmacists, but I am not going to lie, I don't know how many more times I will tolerate the negative energy from the rude pharmacy clerk. 5/5 for the pharmacists, 1/5 for the rude pharmacy clerk = avg 3/5
