Awful!  My insurance is forcing me to use them.  Lucky me!   One of the worst experiences with regards to customer service ever!!  If people weren't forced to go there, they probably wouldn't have any customers at all.   It is so sad that freedom of choice has gone out the window.   It's all about the money,  not about the people.

They have horrible customer service , Specially one of the managers there Art . They talk about you as if you are stealing from them

Have constant problem with them saying they do not receive Rx sent by our doctor. May 6th, 2014..Nothing new, same story different prescriptions. If we were not forced to use CVS by our insurance company this would be the last company I would use.
