Simply horrible!!! Yesterday, 2/15/18 I had to have my prescription transferred from Walgreens just down the block. Walgreens pharmacist was very polite and professional & gave me his business card with their telephone number to take to CVS. CVS stated they had and knew the Walgreens number and would not take the card, but took my name and insurance information and told me that they would call Walgreens and that the wait time would be 1 hour. So I left and came back in a little more than an hour and I was told that they were and had been on telephone hold with Walgreens for the whole hour I was gone. I sat in the waiting chair for about 10 minutes and then decided to call Walgreens. Walgreens picked up immediately and again the pharmacist was very professional and stated that they had no one on hold and checked all 4 phone lines while I listened to him do so over the phone. I then put my cellphone on speaker so that the people working behind the pharmacy counter at CVS could hear, and all they wanted to tell me was that they could not talk to Walgreens using my phone. Well I never asked them to do so. Then the young female pharmacist started getting snooty and argumentative with me and telling me I had an attitude, and I responded back to her in my normal psychologist voice that I was not and that all I was doing was trying to get at the truth, that she has left the phone on hold for an hour, and probably did not pick up when Walgreens had picked up, probably sometime back at the beginning of the hour when she first called. She then came from behind the counter and stormed, off stating that she was going to the bathroom and when she came back said something to me in a very snooty voice again by calling me by my last name "Ms.????"; I then replied to her that she could and should address me by my official title of "Dr. ????" (I am a Ph.D. health psychologist). Well, that finally stopped her from speaking to me in her very condescending voiced. I then had to wait about another 10-15 minutes before I was finally able to get the very low dose anti-inflammatory pills for the swollen and broken foot I was sitting there nursing and bearing the pain. I spent nearly 2 hours and endured a lot of unnecessary condemnation for a very simply low dose of anti-inflammatory medicine; but it reminded me as to why I had chosen Walgreens in the first place. Simply Awful customer service at the CVS pharmacy and I will see if I can change my insurance plan so that I never have to go back there again and endure such unprofessional treatment. I just read through the reviews of other customers at this particular CVS pharmacy and it appears that the young (Caucasian) female pharmacist at this location appears to have and take issues with females and especially females of color; I wonder what that is all about? Awful! Standard 45 min to 2 hours dropoff to pick up times? Unacceptable. Especially when my son needed a rescue inhaler. Techs in no rush to even walk to a register when there's a line. Corporate needs to restructure this store!

Horrible pharmacy! Staff is rude, they hang up he phone on you, the pharmacist itself is rude and yells at you. They pharmacist lies to you does not try to fix the issue does not apologize and literally tells you to go and find another pharmacy if you are not happy... it is just unbelivable the attitude and the unprofessionalism this place has, I have been going here for over 15 years and this year it has been an absolute mess with every prescription order I had because of the new pharmacist they have that is unwilling to work and will just put your order on the side unresolved and does not want to call doctor or insurance or you to notify the issue she just yells at you and tells you to fix it yourself.... unbelivable!!!

I've been using this as my primary pharmacy for many years. Good selection of products beyond the usual OTC medications. Many seasonal items change regularly. There can be a bit of a wait on prescription filling, which can be frustrating, but I think that is probably true at most pharmacies.

This is the last time I come. Here. I called in a refill. Talked to the pharmacy tech. She told me it's just two of them so it might take longer then the 30min I said I was going to be there to pick it up. I just get here over 40 min. Expected to wait some. This tech tell me it says to be ready by 1! I asked her since when you guys choose when we get our scripts! Well she said it's going to be 5-10 min. Ugh! This the 2nd time!
