I needed to speak to a pharmacist at 11:45 PM in a snow storm and found one at this location by phone.  He couldn’t have been more helpful.  I really appreciated his help and kindness.

Customer service has been overall reasonable for me; however, they were unable to fill my script for about 2 months, citing regional delivery problems. I was able to get the script about half an hour away with no problem. Not the best pharmacy but the CVS overall is up to date and quite nice.

moments after being discharged from abington for a bood clot in my lung, when trying to pick up my lifesaving medication, I discovered that they only had one day's worth of it in stock after telling me on the phone they had 10 days of it. after promising to have the rest of the prescription by the next day i thought it smart to call and make sure that they would have it by the morning since my life depended on it. I was then informed that the truck wasn't even scheduled for 3 more days. I was left scrambling to find medication by the next morning or i would've had to admit myself in the ER again. just an absolute disgrace from start to to finish.

Dear cvs if your customer feels disrespected than your employee did  say something wrong. Never felt so cheated in my life.
