Tony the store manager is the most pretentious piece of sh@! I’ve ever ran into that is in charge of a store, I spent about 30 minute shopping and looking around while he followed me around the whole store asking me if I needed help over and over again and at the end of trip I purchased $20 worth of things and put 3 items back that I realized I could not afford. A couple hours later I returned for a forgotten item and he tells me I have to leave because earlier I took too long and put things back he said I was no longer welcome ever again , how is this even okay???? Tony is the worst manager/ person I have encountered in a long time and I would never go back to that store because of that jerk

Just needed one bottle of Tylenol for my daughter who is running a high fever. They said they were closed even with people in line to checkout. I understand you have hours and I missed it by 3 minutes but what is 2 more minutes? Lost my business.

The supervisor polly was soo rude! I have recent purchase and want a return because this is not what i want.. i literally purchase it 10mins ago from another cvs and she refused because she said she is not comfortable about it. I planned to return them in this store because its more closer to my house. And she keep telling me to they have a policy and i read the policy its 100% guranttee.. what the hell she's talking about. She made me wait for the manager to have my return where she can always do it herself. Very unprofessional person. She needs more training how to handle a simple return.
