Pretty bad CVS. Not sure about the Pharmacy; but 1 out of 3 items I pick-up to buy ends up with a different price at the register. I have the CVS card too. No one can ever explain, I put back the item or just pay the extra. Avoid.

I'VE BEEN AROUND FOR 85 YEARS AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THIS
PHARMACY IS THE MOST INFORMATIVE, HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS 
I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.  I  LIVE IN MARYLAND AND EVEN TRAVEL 
ACROSS THE WILSON BRIDGE TO GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS. FILLED..
MY HAT IS OFF TO THE CVS STAFF FOR HIRING SUCH EXCELLENT
EMPLOYEES.

Rejects perfectly valid driver's licenses that are accepted everywhere else. Do not waste your time if you need to do something involving ID, such as purchasing alcohol.

I went to this CVS to pick up photos I had ordered online. The cashier said they never received them. After placing the order again and showing her the details, she said she still wasn't receiving the order. Her exact words were "idk... I can't help you". When I questioned how CVS could offer printing to the store from online order and it not be available. She said I could order from the kiosk there. The price was triple what I was being offered online. I asked if there was someone she could call because obviously there was an issue between the site and store and something wasn't working. She proceeded to help other customers. Like ??? I waited for 40 minutes. In that time I asked the other cashier if she could get the manager to assist me. I was ignored. The other cashier returned over to me and again said she didn't know what to do because the order wasn't showing up in their system. Again she suggested the kiosk. I told her I didn't want to order through the kiosk because it was triple the price and why should I have to pay that when I already ordered online and selected same day store pick up with an online promotion that saved me money. She offered one sheet. The one sheet would have gotten me 9 photos for the same price as the online promotion that would've gotten me 32 photos. She said there was nothing she could do. Again I asked if there was anyone she could call. It wasn't until I proceeded to make a scene that she finally said she would call the manager. I said that'd be great because maybe he could figure this out. The response I got was that her manager wasn't at the store, he was at home. How can you manage a store from your house? Needless to say, nothing was resolved and I ended walking out without my photos. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED!!!!!
