Usually my experience here is amazing, the pharmacy techs are all very helpful and if there is an issue with the prescription not being filled already through script-sync they address it and get it handled within a a few minutes for me. Today I had the experience of dealing with Ed - his customer service skills are seriously lacking. Either he is new and doesn't fully understand how to use the system or he is lazy and doesn't want to. A simple task of submitting my refill on an existing prescription proved too much for him as he passed me off to someone else so that he could continue to stock the bins. Again, I've always had great service here from Sherri and the other techs who've always been able to handle the same issues or similar without sending me to someone else so that I had to wait in a second line before having my issue resolved.

Its a CVS. They are virtually all the same which is good and bad depending on how you look at it. However, the employees were very helpful and polite. Didn't have what I needed but they dont sell too many car parts!

Well, I'm sorry other people have had trouble here... but I am really not sure how they managed it. I have been going to this particular CVS, just down the road from place, for a few years now. I have always been treated politely, even when it was busy I have rarely had to wait very long for anything. On my last trip in I had the flu and was ready to pass out, the pharmacist noticed me having trouble and specifically helped me in a professional and efficient manner. Today I called for information about drug interactions and was helped by a, Dev Patel. The entire call (including hold time) took less than five minutes I got the information I needed and will shortly be in significantly less pain because of it. A great location, with good people working for them. Thanks for the help Guys, Pat

They were starting out nice, i let martyna the pharmacy tech on duty know that my childs rx may have an insurance issue. Now, the whole time she is maintaining a conversation with other pharmacies on the phone. So as i tell her thank you, i just wanted to let you know about the insurance before hand, to make things easier. I didn't finish that statement and she makes the remark "yeah, your explanations aren't needed" then laughs. I know what if she was talking to whomever she is on the phone with. She had a different tone, and as im sitting down with my child she starts talking to the tech in a completely different tone. So, needless to say the attitudes are disgusting. No need to be a witch. Absolutely unacceptable...

Maybe the witch has left the building. I just called and spoke with Gloria in the pharmacy and she was a delight. She helped me untangle a mix-up with my mom's prescriptions and couldn't have been nicer or more professional.
