I went back to the store to pick up my meds and I was explaining to the pharmacy supervisor of my experience on May 7,2018 when I was told that my perscription would be ready. While explaining to the manager what happened and asked her name, she Michelle came to the front counter being disrespectful. To the point that the manager had to ask her to stop by calling her name three times. I am not going to another store to be inconvenient for a unprofessional worker. I don't purchase anything in the store after leaving the pharmacy filling sick heart beating fast. Something needs to be done about this customer service or lack thereof. I will call corporate something has to be done. thanks

This CVS needs to be closed for the customer service, rude inexperience workers. The pharmacist are rude, and inexperience. I went into the CVS to pick up a prescription that I got a text for being ready for pickup, it was the wrong perscription I had to call the doctor's office to have them to call in another perscription. They were on speaker phone while other customers we're in the line. They were in violation of the HIPPA law. Waiting while the call was finished no one came to me to let me know if my perscription would be filled. I had to ask after waiting, will my perscription be filled.The pharmacist then very rudlley yes never coming to the counter where I was. I never want to see any be treated like this. Don't go to this CVS pharmacy if you want to be treated with respect.

Hours stated they close at 10pm.  The doors were locked at 9:30pm!

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY...Every time I have used the pharmacy there has been a problem, I went in one evening and the pharmacist said she could not filled them that night even though it was three hours to closing, or medications have not been correct.  Today I called to renew my prescriptions, hoping for a better experience by phone vs in person, I was placed on hold, after 48 minutes they hung up on me.  I called back, the lady said she couldn't hear me and put me on hold.  After 20 minutes I called the main store number and asked to speck to the store manager when I told her I wanted to complain about the pharmacy she switched me over to pharmacy, after being on hold for 32 minutes the pharmacist said she couldn't hear me. I taking my service to a different store and I'll telling my insurance company not to contact with this store any longer.

This has been the worst Pharmacy. I think it has to do with the training they receive to use their machines. I have had 4 times received the wrong the medication that my doctor didn't prescribe 3 times I've been told my medication was not ready when it actually was after a double check. and the wait time to speak to pharmacist is too long. They have 3 to 4 people on board and none of them  comes out to take your prescription. Even when you wait in line to pick up meds. you hear "Pharmacy call" so many times. Its like they have only one person working. its unacceptable
