My prescription is never ready when it’s supposed to be and no one ever calls to let me know. Instead, I waste my time driving there just to find out it’s not ready.

So....you open at 7:30, I come at 7:40, and the door is locked? And the lady working saw me standing there and just kept putting things away and organizing while I stood there outside for 10 minutes before just leaving? Ridiculous.
