Very disappointed and disgusted to say the least. I purchased an electric toothbrush on Saturday 12/16 and it was visibly used! This was a $200 toothbrush with an additional 30% off. Wasn’t aware that the 30% off was because it was used! The brush head was completely yellow and faded! Already put in a complaint with customer service! Not sure how you put a product that has been clearly used for over a month back on the shelf without checking it. The box was also missing the 2 replaceable brush heads that it was suppose to come with. There were also some sort of pet hairs inside the plastic cover where the toothbrush was. Had to go to another location to exchange it and even the employees there were in shock. Will never visit this location again. Disgusting!

Horrible service, parking is worse and they have their own way of applying coupons, go to a different CVS

Cashier Lorelys Ojeda was very rude and unprofessional when I refused to provide my phone number for a supposed discount that never existed. She is completely unaware about costumer service rules and, in case she continues as a cashier, she needs to be trained urgently about all those subjects to keep clients satisfied in these competitive days.
