WARNING THIS CVS IS A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT COME!!! They initially charged me $3 for donation even though I clearly pressed NO on the screen. I told the worker, MIRANDA, AND SHE CHARGED ME ANOTHER $3 DOLLAR FOR DONATION INSTEAD OF REFUNDING IT!!!! AFTERWARD, SHE REFUSED TO HELP REFUND THE TOTAL 6 DOLLARS DONATION THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO. THIS IS TOTAL FRAUD, BEWARE!

Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru watching one guy playing on his phone, a girl gathering trash bags then doing whatever, while a third person helped a customer at the counter.... All to finally be helped by the only girl apparently actually working... to find out the prescription i called about last week wasn't filled. I have to call my doctor.....

They shorted me the last dose of my daughter's prescription for antibiotics and would not provide last dose... very disappointed!!! On one other occasion they didn't have complete prescription and set me with half. They never called, like they said they would, to provide other half of prescription... I had to hunt it down for them. I will not return here. returned 12.29.14 (almost a year later)... was not impressed. Medication was promised at 11 am, was not ready by 11:50 am, waited for 5 mins for them to put it together! Sad.

Made request to change phone number on my account as they were not calling to tell me my prescription is ready. Changed phone number and still are not calling when rx is ready. Poor customer service by pharmacy department.
