First impression, mixed experience with a happy ending.  Filed a prescription early afternoon on day one, told it would be one hour to fill.  Called to check on status later that day (about four hours later) ... not ready, "check back in an hour" I'm told.  Checked in at the drive-through around 3:00pm the next day, still not ready, was given lame excuse from some kid (blue scrubs) with a "chill" demeanor about how they're busy this time of year (is there typically a rush on the pharmacies in mid-February?) and was told it would take about 20-30 minutes to fill.  Returned 20 min later, the guy who answered at the drive through this time (white lab coat) was much more professional; got the impression he'd taken over booth duty.  Had my prescription ready to go, he also noticed that the price was high so he took my insurance card to make sure it was being processed properly - dropped the price from about $100 to $5 (I would have noticed but it says something he caught it before I had a chance to).  Bumpy start for my first prescription experience with CVS but they did a decent job redeeming themselves from what was quickly turning into a one-star review.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy. We have been going to it for about 3 years, somehow hoping it would improve but nothing has changed. We constantly have to wait 15-30 min for any medicine pickup which was called in hours prior to us showing up. The customer service is average at best. We have decided to switch pharmacies going forward.

Go to get a prescription. Told it would be ready in 40 mins. Go back 40 mins later. Told it would be 15 more mins! I don't live locally, not feeling good and had a grouchy kid in the car. 
Update: Went yesterday to pick up a prescription they had had for 24 hours, it still was not ready. Do not use them!!!

The slowest, most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. There's ALWAYS an issue here.  I now drive to the CVS much further away, so I no longer have to deal with the stress and wasted time.
