Nice store, but atmosphere ruined because staff allows customers to bring in their pets - unless they are service dogs, this should NOT be allowed.  I complained to the staff about this, and the girl just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.  It's not sanitary.

This used to be my favorite store (previously 5 stars) until they recently remodeled and expanded (that should be a good thing right) But then they took all their good employees and relocated them to other stores and I am not fond of the new employees customer service or knowledge of the store and policies. Had the worst time just trying to get a raincheck. Lastly they took out the self check-out :( During lunch hours the lines are always PACKED!!!

A great 24/7 CVS. They don't have self-check out system at the moment, also, limited cash back counters.

I have never in my life as an adult have been treated so bad and I emplore you and everyone to not even walk inside this store. I was followed by 3 staff members, I was never given help, I was accused of stealing a bookbag by the acting manager in a loud voice which was mortifying and they don't even carry bookbags at cvs. I was stereotyped as soon as I entered the door and every time I looked up there was several staff watching me and following me, which made me extremely uncomfortable and angry. I was so upset I took the money out of my pocket and walked around with in visablly in my hand and I ask the staff and manager what reasoning do you have to follow me relentless and blatantly. Please don't bother going to this cvs.

Horrible staff. They will walk around with "that person" who might look like they're "up to something", but really they're just trying to keep the employees from hitting on the customers. Never had an issue with a store before this cvs. The people must be getting paid terribly.
