I have been using this store for my prescriptions for a couple of years and have always liked it but,..... Last time I went in I was really feeling sick and I'm sure it showed, coughing, sneezing and just generally not with it, and I forgot to bring my wallet. As we were chatting, the pharmacist generously requested the cashier to do a dollar store credit, that I did not have to come back. I stated that was very kind but wouldn't medicaid take care of the rest. It was then that an employee who had been waiting on me stated that is not what medicaid is for. I asked her what was medicaid for if not to pay for the healthcare of poor people? She continued to argue and I realized that she did not think that medicaid should exist. I felt humiliated. Today I called and she gave me a difficult time about a prior authorization issue. I realized it was her. I have always felt better after coming out of this CVS, everyone has been friendly and nice. I do not think that this employee should be explaining to customers what medicaid is for! She is a lab tech and medicaid is not her expertise. I felt like she really wanted to expose me as a bum. Well, I am not. I have even applied at CVS!

This location does not have an updated photo department. They are unable to print online orders and then when I went to the location itself, the printer was jammed, one of the machines was frozen and the other wouldn't read my SD card. The CVS in Chestnut Hill accepts online orders and would be preferred over this one until they update their machinery.

Employees are very kind,but Idrees is a excellent person one that care and have great manners an have great customer service i enjoy shopping there Thank you
