Store was a mess

The entire staff at this CVS has excellent customer service skills.  Don't know how they are trained, but it is certainly working, as more often you encounter the opposite.  From the pharmacist to the person at the front register, the entire staff is professional, considerate and polite.  The pharmacists are knowledgeable and especially helpful when dealing with insurance issues.  Much appreciated!

John, the pharmacist actually saved my life.  I was given conflicting prescriptions from
the ER at the nearby hospital.  The conflict would have killed me.  John alerted me and I took neither prescription.  

I am 73 and was in for  common bile duct.  The docs don't seem to know their pharmachology.

I had just moved from out of state and all of my auto-fill prescriptions had already been filled in Va, even though I had already moved to Philadelphia.  When I realized what I had done, I panicked and thought I would have a hard time since they had already been filled in Va.  So it was such a relief when they were super nice and were actually able to transfer my prescriptions really quick over the phone....even offered to fill it the same day.

Pharmacy staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Also, dogs are welcome!
