This is the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had. I went out of town this past weekend with my family and came down with a serious fever and a chronic and I mean CHRONIC cough. I literally felt like I was going to die. I was hospitalized over the weekend and was diagnosed with bronchitis. Anyways I had a couple prescriptions that needed to be filled. So, when I got back home I dropped them off (around 6:00) and was told it would be ready in one hour and I would receive a text and phone call; I even made sure they had the right number. I am sitting at home, my cough ten times worse, chest hurting and back hurting, high fever.... I never heard from them. I am a MA and work in a doctor office and have never heard of such disconcern to a patient. Bronchitis is very serious and if not treated by antibiotics can be life threatening. I really hope for the pharmacist sake this is not a often occurrence.

Pharmacist  (middle eastern accent) has the worst customer service skills ever. She is unprofessional and in the wrong profession. Tired of dealing with her.... transferring all my prescriptions and those of my family's to another company!!!!

I love this store but I hate the pharmacy.  We shop here all the time, and I love everything about this store except for the pharmacy.  The drug refill system is horrible and it takes days to get a refill.  If you need a card, photos or seasonal items this is the store for you.  But just keep walking past the pharmacy!
