The pharmacy staff here is incredibly rude and not helpful. I just called about refilling and transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy through the online system. The woman who spoke with me asked me my name and birthday, which I proceeded to tell her. But after trying to explain my question, she would not listen to me and kept insisting to ask my name and birthday. She was so confused about who I was, and I have no idea why about because I gave her all the information she asked for. When she finally listened to my question, she abruptly said to just go to the different pharmacy and talk to them in person. Just as I was going to explain to her I could not go in person and I wanted to figure this out online, she hung up on me. VERY unprofessional service here. Will not be coming back for help.

Very unhelpful pharmacy staff. I didn't have the insurance card with me, yet I've filled my prescriptions here for at least 6 months. Once I finally got my insurance representative on the phone and she asks to speak to the pharmacist, she rudely tells me to have the rep call the pharmacy. Alll this while I'm trying to pick up my mom's Rx on the way to work. Had to go all the way back home to get the card and come back. When this information is on file. Really?

I have never experienced some of the things people have posted. I try to keep in mind that they have so many prescriptions to fill and that they don't want to make mistake by giving someone the wrong medication because they're moving too slow or they not answering your question as fast as you want them to. Remember it's not that many people that works in a pharmacy so if you think you can make a difference then go to school and get a job working at one and let me know how that works out for you.

If i could give no stars i would. No matter if you're in the drive thru line or inside the service is always super slow. You can confirn your prescription is ready over the phone but some how when you get there the prescription is never actually ready. This place is so frustrating. The only reason i even come to this cvs is because i have young children and it is even more of a headache having to take them inside to wait for prescriptions. Get it together cvs
