Horrible service. The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent.  How on Earth am I having to explain to pharmacy techs that their own company has developed an epinephrine injectable and they were completely clueless and told me it did not exist. I had to google it to show even the manager. Then after blowing me off to help other customers several times he came back to me 30 minutes later to say he can order it from another store and have it here in a few days. This whole mess is after a week of me and my children's pediatrician contacting them re the scripts which they swore they never received. Unprofessional, clueless, I would not be surprised if one day a patient has a medical emergency due to their negligence.

Very bad customer service. Was transfered due to Walgreens not accepting my insurance. It has been horrible since I was transferred. Over 5 visits, all have been bad. Transferring to anywhere but here.

HORIBLE SERVICES. STAFF IN THE PHARMACY HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY DOING. I JUST TRANFER ALL MY MEDICATIONS TO ANOTHER PHARMACY BECAUSE THIS PEOPLE HERE ARE LOST. REFILLS NOT READY, PRESCRIPTION LOST . A VERY RUDE HISPANIC OLD LADY. I GAVE THEM A 0 RATE .

Horrible service. Any time that I go to pick up medicines I had to wait between 20 and 40 minutes having just 2 people in front of me. Doesn't matter if is inside the store or the drive thru, the wait time is crazy. To top it off, today I spent over 35 minutes on the phone just waiting without someone from the pharmacy having the decency of picking up the phone for a customer.
I used to have more respect for CVS, but right now I think they are the worst. Unfortunately for my family, my kid insurance decided to stop using Walgreens, which I never had this kind of issues, and pushed us to use CVS.
They use to have better service, but right now they are horrible.
By the way, is just this pharmacy, the one at 19198 South Dixie Hwy, right on the corner of Marlin Rd. I've been to other CVS and I don't have these problems. If I had the choice, I will fire all the management, they don't have the necessary skills to run a pharmacy properly.
Anyway that is just my opinion. Hope this comment help someone to stay away from this store and avoid a big frustration.
