Worst customer service. Just came in to buy some cough medicine and the total came up as more than it had said on the label so my dad asks her why was she charging him that price and she just dismissed him and then asks him to show her some sort of ID and let me tell you my dad is a 40 year old looking man and as he gave her his Mexican ID she tells him that next time she won't let him buy it unless he had a California ID. To make things worse I don't know if it was a supervisor or who but they didn't even tell the lady anything. It is so un dignifying that us Hispanics are a major part of their consumers treat with disrespect. All my dad asked was a simple question and to be dismissed and be talked in a rude way is unacceptable .

Pamela was the person who helped me today I never take the time to write any reviews but I'm so upset bc. This lady gave me an attitude for no reason she was being racist towards me she acted like she didn't know what I was saying and I just wanted to pay for my passport she asked me where's the paper work I said nobody gave me any paperwork this other nice girl who took my pictures just said just get in line and give them the envelope n ur good to go !! She was like who. Where then she opened the envelope n she said well there's nothing in here where are they like if I was supposed to know she call her the pictures where there she said she didn't see em n the whole time she was like what. Bug I can't hear you very rude. She didn't even say hello or thank you nothing so dissapointed By this lady PAMELA. So rude. And racist smh

The staff is kind, but the pharmacy is understaffed, which usually causes long waits in line and is often low or out of stock of many items. Rite-Aid, which is directly across the street, has a drive through and usually has no wait.

Easy to find, plenty of parking and also it's one of the cleanest cvs I've been too
