The absolute worst place you could possibly have to deal with. Read the reviews people! They are not making this stuff up. "Rude" is being polite. I try to be easy going and have accepted there are idiots you just have to deal with in life, but this place had me wanting to run because I had visions of jail time in my future if I stayed. "Time waster" is spot on. You will get texts, e-mails, calls telling you your medications are ready, only to get there and find out they are not. Excuses are every where..."we didn't get you scrip", "we didn't hear from your doctor", "we don't call doctors for refills", "we are out of your medication right now, we should have more in" with no idea of when that might be. I will pray for you if you are like myself and forced to use this sorry excuse of a pharmacy. Before I go, the best one, I was told I needed to use the mail order service. Well, guess what folks, I'm diabetic and I've been without my meds for over a week now waiting on mail order because I would rather die than to ever step foot in CVS of London again. The real kicker is, CVS will allow you to fill 30 day supplies at almost any pharmacy twice a year and they will cover it, but there is a catch, they will only do a couple of meds at a time. I'm on four medications and my doctor called in all four to a local pharmacy and guess which two they let them fill? The generics of course, costed me $6 and change. Would have been $8 plus tax if I would have just paid out of pocket. And then they refused to fill the scrip for my insulin pen, which is $70 out of my pocket with insurance, even if I refused the first two which I was not out of by the way. I can go on and on, there is more, but please, save yourself grief you don't need and find a friendly local pharmacy.

Piss poor place to get an Rx filled. Just lost me as a customer. They said they have it filled in a hour. Showed up not filled sat an hour in the drive thru. They don't know what they are doing. Thanks for nothing. So if you need Rx filled go somewhere else. Beware!!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever!! It took 9 hrs to get 2 prescriptions filled, definitely never going back.

Getting a prescription filled here takes an act of congress. They never have refills ready when they say they will, they do no communicate with doctors or customers, and their staff is unapologetically rude. What's worse is that they just acquired another pharmacy's customers when they were already struggling to take care of their own. Do not use them.
