Communication is key, and especially in a pharmacy where it's most important. The pharmacy is a disaster here, the workers don't know what's going on. 3 different people have 6 different answers.

Long time customer, finally fed up with their pharmacy and just moved all prescriptions to the Neighborhood pharmacy. CVS is constantly inconsistent. Texts that your scripts are ready are a great idea and would have real value if the meds were actually there when you show up. Talking to them is pointless. As a reliable pharmacy they have a nice shampoo selection.

Does it really take 30 mins from yesterday to count to 10. Cmon now cvs. Get your stuff together.  Not once have I come here and gotten a "here are all your prescriptions sir, have a nice day!" Excuses excuses. Go to Good Neighbor Rx and support the small business

Literally the worst pharmacy ever!  The staff are all retarded and the can't even speak in a polite manner.  If you live in PR I would recommend neighbor RX pharmacy.
