Tonight, my friend was having seizures. I would just like to thank the pharmacist and tell her that she is an angel and could have very well saved a life tonight. I wish I had her name, she was so extremely helpful, informative, kind and I have never received such fast service at a pharmacy in my entire life. It is March 5th around 2am. Thank you so much ma'am. Your compassion is strong, recognized and appreciated.

Horrible service at this place. I walked around 10 mins to find someone who works there to help me out besides the old man at the register and couldnt find no one. The manager couldnt be found anywhere . So i will never go back to this shot hole of a store ! Good work everyone at the CVS at 16 and gratiot you shouldnt have jobs besides the old man up front

(I am a long time customer of CVS, and especially this store. They know me by face as soon as they see me, and always welcome me with a warm smile no matter how busy they may be. That being said,)

Always friendly, professional, timely, and extremely helpful in answering any and all questions I may have. Every staff member is eloquent. Thank you for being wonderful, kind human beings.

I'm really annoyed with the pharmacy. my son was prescribed an inhaler with a spacer. They didn't have the spacer so they just gave us the inhaler so that we couldn't fill the prescription somewhere else. Now we have to go back to the doctor and get a new prescription so we can go somewhere else. I guess what's important is that they made their $100

Don't know how anybody can complain about this store.  Awesome service with pharmacy on phone and on person.  Transferred and filled prescriptions no problem.  Super friendly!
