This is the worst CVS ever, waited an hour for a prescription just to call myself and find out it was out of stock.  The pharmacy assistant Etta was extremely rude and told me I had to call other CVS for my RX.  I called three other CVS and they all asked me why I was calling and this Etta should do her job because my RX needed to be transferred over in the system.  I called Etta back and she was very harsh and treated me like it was my fault she didnt do her job.  CVS you lost a customer forever.  Train your pharmacy people to do their jobs and improve customer service skills.

Good thing I knew what the new dose for my 5 year old's prescription was (from yesterday's office visit) because if the doc hadn't told me yesterday I would've followed the error you guys made on his label and given him **DOUBLE** his intended dose.
 
Cherry on top? 

Y'all tried to blame the doctors office for sending it over wrong and when I told you that was a lie, you came back with "Well, it could've been a 1 or a 2." Even though I know for a fact that they send it electronically giving no room for that excuse. Never will I trust your location again especially since this isn't the first time a grievous error was made with one of my family's prescriptions. (I was given an entirely wrong prescription for myself.)

Whoever uses this pharmacy,  PLEASE check your labels and dosages.

I always used to use this pharmacy but some of the staff seems like there on something the last three times i went to fill my prescription they have been out of stock and dont recieve it for days.  There a pharmacy they should get stock in all the time and like i said the staff seemed a little out of it.  Went to cvs on centre st n samething so sorry cvs i switched to walgreens.  You need to step it up your staff is slackin.

Always good service.   

I had an issue with an incorrectly filled prescription which was resolved quickly and the pharmacist and regional manager called me to follow up.   BUT in the 16 years i've been using this pharmacy (exclusively) they have only made the one small error.   

I highly recommend them.
