The store is pretty much like any other CVS but the pharmacy team is great. They explain you Rx without over explaining. Jeremy and Nicole at the counter are very friendly. My insurance also also allows me to get flu shots there with no co pay.

minutes to checkout 4 items every time because they dont know how Extracard cards work.   Charged wrong price twice.  Miserable place won't be back.

The rudeness on the phone by your pharmacy staff, I was called an idiot, told to take my prescriptions elsewhere and hung up on because I hit a wrong button on their phone system. Your pharmacy staff would not call my work comp insurance a second time to get approval, I went three weeks without pain meds. You have lost a customer for life. I will NEVER  step foot in your stores again, I will NEVER trust you with my prescriptions. And I will be sure that everyone I come into contact with, in person, social media, at my own customer service job kows how aweful you treat people that are in pain and need help and a little compassion. Your store at Elkhorn blvd in sacramento is an abject failure to our neighborhood. I will do everything in my power to ensure the people I know and care about aren't treated so poorly. I have made arrangements to receive my prescriptions, with respect and dignity, from a company that mails them to me. I would rather deal with a phone than your horrible pharmacy technicians.

Only 1 pharmacist at this store who takes long lunches! I've gone in at 1:30 pm when he didn't come back until AFTER 3 PM!   They have long lines and my meds were never ready on time. Don't bother, plenty other pharmacies do better.

This is by far the worse pharmacy in the area. I have tried for two days to fill a simple prescription and they have yet to fill it! I had to switch to another pharmacy. Very poor customer service and even poorer pharmacist who did not know simple drug interactions or proper medication handling. Not a good place to get your medications,
