My CVS is as friendly and helpful as can be. The pharmacy greet me by name and will call to verify if I'm still on a medication or not. They're the best ever!

I came in today 10/2 to have my prescription filled. Spoke with Daniel who was kind enough to relay to me that my insurance did not go through. Mhhh, I thought that was odd, considering the fact that I am still insured, so I decided to place a call to my insurance. While I was on the phone, ASHLEY a pharmacist approaches me and starts talking to me loudly, she was rude and unprofessional, of course she could see me on the phone, not to mention, before she approached me, DANIEL informed her I was on the phone with my insurance company. I had to tell her TWICE!!! to stop talking to me because I was on the phone verifying information with insurance. I later called the DR. Office, had my script transferred to Rite Aid, which was right opposite the CVS, I was served by Mike, he was very polite and I was in and out in less than 1pm minutes. So I decided to go write a review, and I started reading reviews under this pharmacy, guess whose name pops up as a "rude pharmacist ", - ASHLEY!!!! oh wait it gets worse, I call cvs on the same day, guess who answers the phone as the supervisor in charge/store manager-ASHLEY!!!!. Of course I hanged up. Found a # online and filed a formal complaint. ASHLEY- THIS MESSAGE IS FOR YOU-YOU OUGHT TO THINK BEFORE YOU ACT!!!!CVS SHOULD CONSIDER YOU A DISGRACE TO THEIR BRAND-AS LONG AS ASHLEY CONTINUES TO BE A PHARMACIST HERE, I WILL NEVER FILL ANOTHER SCRIPT AT THIS CVS LOCATION......ASHLEY YOU WERE RUDE!UNPROFESSIONAL!DISRESPECTFUL! and you should no longer interact with clients who happen to be sick people seeking medications!!!!

Great pharmacists who are super helpful. Daniel completely surprised me with his personable approach and genuinely cared enough to help navigate through our plan coverage to save money. Super patient, super awesome.

Spoke with a staff member named Ashley in the pharmacy. Very rude and unprofessional. I work in a dental office and she was rude to not only me but my doctor.
