Twice this year, my insurance has required a prior authorization for a medication.  Multiple members of the staff at this pharmacy told me they didn't know what this was, that I should call my insurance company and doctor's office.  I was sent in circles trying to get medication covered and then reimbursed because I had to pay out of pocket. 

I have come to learn that it is common for an insurance company to request this now.  Either the staff at this location is poorly trained or deliberately obstinate.  I had a more recent prescription sent to a Target pharmacy.   The staff there sent the prior authorization request without me needing to ask meanwhile I am still trying to get a reimbursement from my last issue at this CVS.

I've had nothing but great experiences with minute clinic locations in Indianapolis, IN. I come here and my opinion is much different. 2 visits and $120 in prescription guesses later im not feeling any better. After them guessing if I have a viral or bacterial sinus infection with no testing done. I flat askes just to write a script for an antibiotic and all they want to do is refuse. Here i am nearly a week later not feeling better and I haven't asked for my money back all ive asked is for something that costs a whole whopping $10. And they flat refuse. Wtf kind of customer service is that? I manage an auto repair facility, guess what if my customer isnt happy I have to give it away and then some as a result. It's safe to say that CVS has lost a loyal past customer over the handling of this mess.
