I've always had a pleasant experience with the pharmacists here. They are willing to go out of their way to help though they are extremely busy. I've been held up by doctors offices waiting to send paperwork over, and the pharmacists stayed after their closing time to make sure my Rx was filled. Many thanks to them for going above and beyond!

I am very pleased with the pharmacy service. Because of my insurance, I am limited to the big box drug stores. Unlike the other three big box stores in town, the CVS pharmacy staff is actually pleasant to do business with. To date, no problems or complaints.

I think they must be a little under staffed. But other then that they seem pretty knowledgeable and friendly! Update: Phone wait is crazy on a Tuesday 03/2016! Had to check the hours and see if they were open. Still waiting! * Ended up being worth the wait! Dan the Pharmacist was so incredibility helpful & knowledgable! He answered all my questions! 5 stars for Dan!

Of all the pharmacies up here on the ridge, and there are a lot, this CVS has GOT to be the worst. In fact, it is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in all my 52 years! The store in general has no conception of what customer service is, but the pharmacy is even worse. They regularly are out of typical medications, don't get them in when they say they are, and if they do do get them in they don't call to let you know they came in. It's a struggle dealing with them every month for my mother. And she cannot change her pharmacy right now because of the insurance she has. They just suck. :(((
