Always very helpful & friendly staff

Hands down the rudest pharmacy I have ever delt with!!!! Every time I go in (2 times per month) they are so rude, unhelpful, and so disrespectful. I have had one of them role their eyes at me once, they have lost my meds 3 times now, haven't filled stuff on time and they never have my stuff in stock. I keep trying to give them chances to to be better, I have even had conversations with the store manager and pharmacy manager about this stuff and it's just so disappointing. CVS has forever lost me as a customer.

Customer service is lacking in the pharmacy. Always a challenge to fill prescriptions.

I ordered a refill in store and told the pharmacist that I would wait on the prescription. After waiting over an hour with my one year old, I went up to the counter to see how much longer we would have to wait. The tech pulled up my info on the computer and calmly said, 'Oh, your prescription is out of stock. You'll have to come back another day'. After sitting in the waiting area with a bunch of snot nosed, sickly kids, I was simply told they did not have my prescription. I understand that happens, but not notifying the customer is careless and lazy. I now understand, after ordering many refills from here, that there is a lack of organization and professionalism at this pharmacy. I'm no longer a customer of theirs.
