Just spoke to the rudest pharmacy tech ever! Customer service is a real thing...if you don't have the skills or patience to work with the public take a different career path. You're doing no favors to the CVS brand.

I didn't know that CVS offers money solutions at this location. They have money orders, green dot, and an ATM saved me a lot of time! Staff here is always very friendly and do a great job of getting me what I need. Thanks again CVS for thinking of more ways to better serve your customers!

We have used this pharmacy twice. The first time they put my daughters name in wrong and I ended up having to go to another CVS per this locations request bc they said they didn't have it. Get to the other CVS and they were able to find the error and fill the script. Today, they put the script under the wrong birthdate. Said that they didn't have the script. That it was I'll elsewhere. To call my insurance company. So, we did. It was at Whiskey Rd. The entire time. Both experiences were terrible. Cost me 4 times the amount of time and gas that it should have. Richland Ave. CVS is the place to go. They are diligent and friendly. I don't care if I have to go out of my way to use Richland Ave store in the future but, that's what I'll do. It'll save me money and time in the long run!
