Pharmacy staff here is great! Pharmacists are very knowledgeable! They process Rx fills and refills quickly most of the time. Shopping in this store is usually pleasant. My only problem is with the chain in general. They are quickly pricing themselves out of the local market! I have noticed many, too many, items going up and up in price. They are losing their competitive edge. Finding myself shopping elsewhere for many items I used to always buy here. I remember when the original owner opened his first store. It isn't anything like that any more!

Taylor and the Pharmacy team are the best. They remember names, faces, and are always friendly. Most of my repeat business is due to their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra step to resolve any issues and avoid potential issues. If I could give more stars, I would. The rest of the store is also stellar. I enjoy talking sports with one of the guys.

I used to use this store but I switched to Walgreens. I switched back last year because Walgreens is always so crowded when I have to go around my work schedule since I live 25 minutes away. I switched back to this store less than a year ago and the first med they filled I had to return because the 3 pack was going to expire in 2 months before they were consumed. Had to get the manager & explain the problem multiple times because the pregnant girl didn't comprehend. Then he told them all to sweep the shelves for expired meds which should be done regularly. Next time I dropped off an rx and told them I didn't need it til the next afternoon since I was on my way home from work. They called me hours later & I had to call back for a confused boy to tell me my common med had to be ordered and would be in the next day. Well considering they were closing within 2 hours and I told them I wouldn't return until the next afternoon what was the point of this whole call? Next time I had a new rx they didn't know the name brand and couldn't find it in the computer and waited for the manager to look after the young boy & girl couldn't find it. Im standing there telling across the room as they yell at each other its yet again a common med, one Ive been on before and the manager said I haven't seen this brand name in years. I have gone twice for my last 2 prescriptions on weekday afternoons and 1 car is in the drive thru & I wait 5-6 minutes and see no one come to the window or the employee hand them 1 bag then close the window & go back & the car not leave. I went back at 5 and the line was backed up so I either have to go in or come back the next day & try again. It shouldn't take half your lunch break and 2-4 trips to pick up and drop off a simple rx. They weren't this bad 4+ years ago when I'm pretty sure they had another manager and all the employees didn't look right out of school. I've come to the conclusion that they must let elderly or certain people sit at the drive thru to drop off and wait until its filled and they don't make them pull around & let the customers behind them thru like Walgreens has made me do. Seems like they never have anything in stock or what they have is expired? You've had 5 chances in less than a year and you always strike out, Ive never seen such a clusterf**k in a drug store, I'm switching to another store or company. My coworker has also told me more than once they've given her elderly grandparents wrong meds & dosages.
