I have clasped hip.... Asked... Evening manager if he could set out a couple of items so someone could pick them up... He refused... Said... He wasn't allowed to do so... I have never talked to anyone there that wasn't willing to help... But he was snappy and unconcerned even when I ask him about him Harsh and arrogance... He said he wasn't concerned... I own a business... I would fire anyone who treated my customers that way... Promise... If you don't care about the people you serve... You should not be allowed the privilege... I consider it a privilege to serve.... The people... And have for over twenty Years...thanks...

Gave you one star because I couldn't give a lower rating. Had just finished spending a sleepless night and most of the day with my wife due to nausea and vomiting. After we left the hospital ER I just wanted to get her home and let her rest, but we needed to pick up her meds first. Granted we did not have the insurance card, but not only was no one there apparently able to pick up a telephone and call united healthcare, but after three trips through the drive through to figure out what number they needed, they couldn't be bothered to write it down, rather made us do it. I am left to assume that customer service is NOT a priority, or that your pharmacy techs are illiterate I recently transferred all my prescriptions from Tulsa Oklahoma to your pharmacy, but thanks to the total lack of help by your staff in general and Rachael in particular, I will be having you transfer them to Walgreens.

Rudest techs. I am a pharmacy technician and I would've been fired if I spoke or slammed anyone's prescription around like they did; especially if done in front of other customers. Can't imagine how mine was handled. Never going back. Sticking with Walgreens 🤙🏽

Incompetent and so so slow. Make sure you count your pills. I've been shorted numerous times over the last 2 years.

RUDEST, most inept staff imaginable. Twice accused me of forging a prescription because they lost their record of it. Would not assist me when I fell in the store. Personnel have laughed every time I'd been waiting at the register in pain. Didn't know the dosage of Allegra you're allowed to buy in Texas and accused me of lying about it. Told me I couldn't make a purchase because the only clerk on duty didn't know how to ring it up. WALGREENS FOREVER! Just close this store if you can't staff it properly.
