The staff at CVS West Jefferson is always helpful and friendly.

The store is busy which on occassion their time line doesn't always agree with mine. But the fact that they are busy, shows they serve a lot of people. The staff are kind and caring. They will do anything to help. If you have a refill that the needs a doctor be contacted, don't call in refills on the same call. For some reason they seem to get canceled if one can't get filled. Expect at least an hour and half wait time for scripts. Although they will fill on request if you need. I have had a few niches in their transition with new staffing, otherwise I would have given them a five. I am sure they will earn a five from me again. My shortest wait was 10min. My longest was 3 1/2 hours.(rare for both)
