The pharmacy started out fine when they first opened the new location, but has gone downhill since then.  They claim to call when prescriptions are ready, but they don't.  If there was a problem with the prescription, they won't work it out with the doctor, they just forget that the prescription ever existed.  After 20 minutes arguing with the male pharmacist, who quite frankly sounded drunk, he "found" it.  Incredibly poor customer service and they couldn't care less about it.

I'm not even sure why they have a pharmacy - EVERY time I attempt to fill a prescription for myself or my family they always contact me saying that it is not in stock and I would have to wait DAYS for it. What is the point of having a local pharmacy when they don't even keep the most common medication on hand?
