It's hit or miss here. I've had some great experiences with staff and then at times not so much. One time I waited feeling really ill while they laughed and carried on for five minutes. I was standing there with no acknowledgment. When I said hello, can someone help me? They barely replied and came over minutes later still laughing and conversing with others. Barely talking or looking at me. That was like a year ago. Lately, I've had better luck. Smiles, care and concern with your service.

The pharmacy here is ALWAYS understaffed. I dread coming here for anything EXCEPT the MinuteClinic which is always helpful and friendly. I would rather go without medications than to wait here. The staff is as friendly as any one can be when they're struggling to keep up without the proper staffing. Sad.

The pharmacy here is an absolute joke. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. The actual pharmacist is so rude and short. The only reason I keep trying to use this pharmacy is because of the drive-thru. But you will still wait 35 mins in line any day of the week, just to get to the window and have them tell you they need ten more minutes to mix your medicine. Save your time and energy

Just got off the phone with the pharmacy and asked when my prescription would be ready and she said 12:30, I then said OK I was just double checking because I have had problems there lately with picking up medicine and it not being ready even after waiting 3 hours. She proceeded to tell me that I should find another pharmacy then (in the nastiest way possible). There was no need to be nasty when I was stating my concern for my prescriptions not being ready when I was told they would be in the past. Im truly upset that there is a lack of customer service there. Please fix your problem associates attitudes towards your customers. Customers are what keep your business going, and a loss of any kind does not look well on your business as a whole.

Sometime slow to get a cashier or enough cashiers.
