I have had to call back numerous times and speak with numerous people regarding a prescription that was on backorder - 3 weeks of dealing with this issue.  There was no effort in trying to resolve the issue that would accommodate my situation.  All I received was all the reasons why they couldn't assist me; no accountability; no trying to find a workaround.  I had to continue to provide solutions for them to consider, such as, if they could get the prescription for other CVS stores. The answer was finally yes; however, they wouldn't have the medicine sent to Windsor Locks.  I had to travel to the other stores to pick up pills some here, some pills there.  Awful customer service.  No consideration or compassion about the customer who can't just stop taking a prescription for thyroid.  No effort to find solutions.  When I went into the store, the pharmacists was rude and publically displayed his frustration of being put out when I asked questions.  Terrible experience.

Alex and his staff are amazing!!  I wish the store were a tad larger but love the folks that work there!
