This pharmacy takes forever to even acknowledge your presence and even longer to fill your prescription. Customer service is the worst in Del Rio!  They also are consistently out of medications, and having to order it which takes another week to get!  You all were better when you were a little pharmacy across the street from the hospital.  What’s worse is even the District Manager does not even return calls!

However, the store itself has wonderful Customer Service !  Maybe they can teach the pharmacy how to actually treat customers.

Long waits inside and drive thru and there are 5 employees  no one can come to help yiu..going to tranfer to HEB..this place its bad..

Bad experiences in the pharmacy. Customer services are the worst.  Even employees don’t seem to want to be there.
