would be nice if thay picked up their phone once in awhile , 20+ min on hold 3 time in a row is not good business , so i drove there with injured leg , but service is usually good

The pharmacist was very rude and rolled her eyes when I told her the physician was on the phone to speak to her. After the physician told her to fill the prescription, she proceeded to get off the phone and tell me she still could not fill it but would not provide a valid reason other than she did not want to. The patient suffers from terminal cancer and had recently fallen and torn her ACL. I also work at a local doctor office and will not be recommending them to any of our patients. I am very disappointed at the pharmacist had no concern whatsoever for the patient. You should not work in healthcare if you do not care for your patients.

Very helpful pharmacy staff, good selection of products.

Had to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy when I moved.   They were very prompt.   Very impressed.

Friendly service, attentive to the needs of their customers. I'll shop here before going back to Walgreens in Thomasville.
