The people working in the pharmacy are so rude they dont know how to solve the problem. Very very bad experience with their staff. I came their with my prescription and valid insurance card they said its wrong number i call insurance to verify which is absolutely right number. She said she putting number and cant find anything. After I struggled a while she said was right number. Never go again

Regularly behind on filling out RX on time. Get called at 9AM that it's ready for pickup, I show up 5 hours later and told it's not ready and have to wait 20 minutes. I don't have any more time or money to waste as I am getting lied to. I'm now actively looking for a new pharmacy that doesn't waste my time because of store metrics. Also having only one person on the register most of the time gets old really fast as customers form different queues in separate aisles causing confusion as to who is next. Prices continue to rise as service declines.

I needed to pick up three prescribed eye drops prior to my cataract surgery. I called the pharmacy and was told they were ready for pick-up. I arrived there, and I was told there was some problem with a hold and I would have to wait fifteen minutes. I said I would return the next day since I'd left my dog in the car and didn't want him to get too hot. I returned the next day, and the prescriptions were not ready, and I was told to come the following day. I came for the third time, and I was told that one of them had not yet arrived because the delivery truck, which comes at 4, had not yet arrived, and that I'd been told they'd be ready after 4. That anyone gave me the information about the precise time was a lie. I called the next day, and I was told that one of the three prescriptions was on "back order." I called the doctor's office, and the consultant was surprised and upset that CVS hadn't called the doctor's office to inform them that the one eyedrop prescription wasn't available because the doctor would have called in a substitute prescription. The following day, today, when I called, I was told that all three prescribed eye drops were waiting for pick up. This will be the fifth time that I'm making a trip to the CVS. No one from CVS had the courtesy to call to let me know either that one prescription wouldn't be available or that all three were waiting for me. The amount of wait time in response to phone calls is over three minutes, which is inordinate, especially when the pharmacy has screwed up and personnel have outright lied about information given to customers.
