CVS AT NEWPORT CENTER MALL HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE WORLD TODAY. 
I HAVE VERY BAD KNEES AND I NEED A WHEELCHAIR TO GET AROUND. I CAME TO THE CVS AT NEWPORT MALL ON 09/21/17 AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET ALL MY STUFF TO THE CASH REGISTER... THE VERY NICE MAN I THINK HIS NAME IS BERNARDO CAME FROM  BEHIND THE REGISTER TO HELP ME AND I AM SO GRATEFUL AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF HE EVEN HELP AND PUT MY GROCERIES ON THE BACK OF MY CHAIR....  CVS GREAT JOB..

I LOVE NEWPORT MALL CVS... I HAVE BEEN COMING THERE FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS FOR MY OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATION AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN GREETED BY EMPLOYEE NAME BERNARD... HE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPS ME LOCATE ANYTHING I NEED WITHOUT ME ASKING...  GREAT JOB!!! ....

hi, my name is Mohammad and i can into CVS on 09/28/17 at the Newport mall location around about 130pm or 2pm... i experience the most grateful customer service.  i have very bad back pain and i came into cvs for a back brace and the gentlemen greeted me  and helped me locate a back brace. i think his name is bernardo. this back brace works great. i just want to thank him for his pleasant hospitality.

This location has a very outdated feel, the carpets are dirty and the smell is awful. The store feels dead inside.

Way overpriced on everything... I don't shop cvs anymore I prefer walmart.
