Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had at a CVS. They tell me it will be 30 minutes when I drop the prescription off. I come back in 30 mins. They say additional 30 mins. I come back in 30 mins again. Then I'm told it will be another hour. Pharmacist was rude and flippant. I will not be back.

I am moving all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy and they will never get my business again.  I have never had anyone be so rude as the pharmacy tech last night when they shoved the prescription back in my face and said they didn't have time to fill it.  I went to the CVS on Hwy 34 in Newnan and they filled it in 10 minutes and were as nice as could be.  That is where I will continue to shop and get my prescriptions filled.

I went to the drive thru ...well attempted to at 5:50 pulled up and it was closed ???? Looked online has clearly stated  the pharmacy closed at 6 ... so I pulled around and walked inside... when I got to the back they had everything closed down except the pick up line . I went to that line where there were 2 people ahead of me . I get to where it's my turn and the lady says " if you're dropping off then it won't be ready today " ( obviously I already know that ) it was my sons ADHD medicine ... she asked for my ID to drop off and I said I'm sorry I left my ID in the car because I had to come in due to then closing 20 minutes early . I asked what time they closed and the lady said " 6 but drive thru we close down at 5:40" I asked if that was on the website and she replied " I don't think so" 

Needless to say I will pick up my prescription and never be back . They seemed like they could care less about customer service ...
