OK place for emergency purchase, nearest to Crown Plaza that you can walk and go. Otherwise, i find lot of stuff that were not expired but old. There was dust sitting on some of the stuff possibly not selling. The whole place is laid back and part of a lazy neighbourhood with not many people.

I don't use CVS pharmacy so I can't speak to that, but the store in general is very poorly run. They are always understaffed and usually have one cashier at a time at the front of the store. That was the situation today when I came to pick up a Curbside order. No one came out after sitting outside in the car for 10-15 minutes sending notifications so I had to go in (I wasn't feeling well and the whole point of Curbside is to not have to leave your car). Then I had to wait another 5 minutes to be able to pick up my order which was sitting in a bag right behind the cashier. Nobody cared that I was in the store picking up an order when I shouldn't have left my car at all! Most of the employees seem like they just don't care about their job in general. I've had to stand at the photo center for 15 minutes waiting for help since an employee was on her phone ignoring me. If the store wasn't right down the street, I wouldn't bother going.

The pharmacy is terrible there. The wait times are outrageous and I have had multiple experiences where it took 2+ days to get a fairly generic prescription filled. Most recently they told me that they never received my prescription so I had it filled somewhere else. 2 days later they called to tell me it was ready. There is a pharmacy next door that is much better. Their hours aren't as good but at least you won't be waiting for hours only to find out that your prescription isn't ready.

Be careful and confirm with your Insurance if you want to use this CVS: Ignorant staff charged me 64 bucks for one of my prescriptions. I have checked with my insurance that I don't owe any copay. I switched to other pharmacy and got 0 for copay. They did not check your insurance policy at all and just charge whatever they want.

It is unfortunate that Google doesn't allow less than one star. The store is mediocre and I would probably rate at 2-3 stars, but the pharmacy is atrocious. I have read comments about people waiting 1-2 days for basic prescriptions. On multiple occasions I have waited 2 weeks for them to fill a prescription (something I use regularly) only to call in after two weeks to find they have not even ordered it yet. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere
