My doctor calls prescriptions in and I sit in a long line to get up to the window and I am told come back in an hour. I wonder why another hour? I already waited an hour. Then I pull out of the line and they call me 15 minutes later telling me they are now ready. Back in line since my sick baby is sleeping 💤I’m getting so impatient with the service lately. Seems like nobody cares. If your to busy, hire more people.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru just to be told they didn’t have both scripts ready despite receiving text messages. Was told to come back in 2 hours even though the scripts were called in at 1:30 and it’s now 6:45. Get all the way home receive text message that my scripts are ready again. If these people are short staffed this bad corporate needs to do something. It’s cold and flu season they should be more prepared.

Called in my son's script and went to pick it up 2 hrs later they gave me four pills and said the rest would be available on Monday went to pick them up on Monday and found out they was completely out of stock and to call back called today and was told they had the medicine went there after work and they didn't have the medicine. I'm definitely not using then as my pharmacy again.

Complete  idiots ... manage to consitently screw up prescriptions, not fill prescriptions, or lose prescriptions. I haven't seen a group of more inept people.

Piss poor service. Dropped of my sons scripts friday morning was told they had to order on and they should have it by Monday afternoon. These stupid idots did not even order his meds untill monday morning.never go back to the cvs on edwin miller blvd again. This has happened more than once with his meds this was the last straw tho
