The service is terrible. They're chronically mean, and when they mess up they act like it's your fault. 
I dropped off a prescription at 8 this morning. She said it would be ready at 10. I got here at 10:30 and she said another hour. At 11:30 she said it was being bagged and it would be 15 minutes. I guess it takes the super smart staff here 15 minutes to put a bottle in a paper sack. I wish I could say this was the first time they did this, but this is typical for every other time. Wallgreens is awesome but a little more expensive.

I just called and the tech, obviously not the smartest person,asked me my name and then repeated my name and said yes and blurted out the name of my medicine,a saying it was ready. No concept of patient privacy. Totally inept. Its mind boggling the people they hire for pharmacy techs. If i wanted the world to know the medicine i was taking, its up to me to tell them,not CVS to violate my medical privacy by telling everyone in the area.
The last time i came in the lady was very aware of privacy,but this tech today should be at McDonalds,screwing orders up instead of privacy rights.

I would leave 1/2 a star if I could!  The automated refill system is broken and wants to refill always a week early and the insurance company will not approve it. I told them to remove me from it but they keep calling.

My prescriptions are never, ready, and I do mean NEVER,  even after the robot called me and said it was. When I try to call them, like now, I am on hold for 30 minutes plus. 

This is no way to treat your customers. I left Walmart and Walgreens for almost the same reasons. I guess this is the standard in big box pharmaceuticals. I'm going to look for a mom and pop pharmacy to move my business to !

This pharmacy is in bad shape! The staff are unorganized and uninformed. I received a text message from the automated system, letting me know I had a prescription ready. Upon arrival, I was told that not only did they NOT have my prescription ready, but the prescription had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I showed them the text and they responded with, "the app doesn't work".
My doctor and a new pharmacy confirmed that my medication has not been discontinued at all.
The store is ok but avoid the pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy ever.  Donna should really work on her customer service skills and not speak in a belittling tone to customers.  I had the unfortunate luck of speaking with her several times on the phone and once in person in the last week and every time she came across as rude and disrespectful.  Don't focus on putting the blame on another pharmacy for what your store did wrong.  Focus on how to resolve the problem.  If you don't like your job, please find another one.  Thanks.
