Wonderful staff all around.  Pharmacist and assistants are especially helpful. Highly recommend this CVS.

I always have to ask for the pharmacists because some of the technicians are just to lazy to help! They say the medication is not approved by the insurance period! They don't even bother to run the script back after telling them the medication has a pre authorization.. which is what they are suppose to do!.  I'm surprise they don't know that?

Waited in the drive through for ten mins, then went inside.. after waiting another 15mins was told couldn't get my meds because he had filled the whole script, which I couldn't afford, I always just get a few at a time since the medicine is extremely expensive!  I waited patiently for almost half an hour, and got refused because he took 30mins for two customers?! I've been going to this cvs for three years since I moved here, in the last year the service has declined ridiculously!  I'll be switching pharmacies tomorrow..should've done it a LONG time ago, but I always giving one more chance.. now, if i'm lucky, I'll be functional enough to pick up my meds tomorrow..fat chance!
