I liked the customer service at this CVS Pharmacy.  I had a problem with my BIN number and the pharmacist coordinated with my insurance provider and me to work things out.
My 5 stars are for the effort demonstrated to help a customer

I've never experienced any of the things the other reviews are saying. Not to say that it did not happen to them, but my experience has been really good with this pharmacy. I moved to Morrisville about a year ago and this pharmacy always filled my prescription and was willing to try to help me out when some of my medications were ridiculously priced.

This is unacceptable. I started working with CVS a month ago to ensure that my prescription would be refilled by the time I ran out today. I had to contact them three times to request that they process my refill, and on the fourth time they finally informed me that they're out of stock. The only suggestion offered was "try to contact other cvs's to see if they have it." I may have been able to do this if they had followed through the first time I contacted them; instead they waited until I had no other options. Because of CVSs inability to follow through, I am now in a position of having no more medication. This is a health hazard, and it demonstrates a severe lack of care on the part of CVS.
