Inside the store is always clean. The pharmacy is hellacious though. I dropped of a prescription and was told no prescriptions could be ready for 24 hours. It wasn't a big deal so I said that was fine and waited so they could confirm anything they needed on the prescription. They asked for date of birth and a contact number. Two days later my husband went to pick up the prescription for me. He was told they had no record of it there and that it was in Williamsburg. My husband was impatient and irritated so he just left. I called them the following day to figure out what was going on. It turned out they could not read the prescription and had just set it to the side rather than calling me on the number I provided the technician at the window. I know that pharmacy stays busy, but it's no excuse for complete laziness and telling someone that they sent the prescription to another pharmacy 30+ miles away.

The pharmacist (Erica) at this location is so rude. Each time I call there, she gets snippy. Its no need for that and it makes CVS look bad. Maybe she needs a prescription for herself. If I could leave zero stars, I would. They answer and immediately place you on hold before asking how they can help you and then refer you back to the voice mail to leave a prescription. REALLY!

The pharmacists have tampered with my wife's medication. She had an electronic prescription for Valium and tramadol sent to this pharmacy, the pharmacist claimed it never came. So, we went back to her doctor and they showed us that it went through. We were confused, and so was her doctor, but they printed out a paper prescription for us to take in to have filled for a second try. The pills that they gave us are NOT Valium 2 mg. They appear as such, but are not. She took up to six mgs last night, she's never taken that much before, and there was absolutely no effect. She doesn't have a tolerance built up, because she still had a few of her older prescription from a different pharmacy left. She took one 2mg pill from that prescription and it worked. Yet, 6mgs from this CVS does absolutely nothing. We took both pill bottles up there and were met with attitude and excuses. We asked if it was possible that the Valium they used to fill this prescription was expired or had been recalled and instead of even checking, she smacked her lips and said "um, no." And then claimed that my wife had just "built up a tolerance" which wasn't true as the old prescription still works just fine. No WONDER they have 27 one star reviews. Ghetto thieving trash! The police need to investigate the pharmacists working there because there is obviously some foul play going on.

I am reading some of the reviews and wonder if I am in some sort of altered reality. I have had to have prescriptions filled here several times over the last few months. I have been really impressed with the attitude and helpfullness of the pharmacy staff. The people have seemed motivated to provide great customer service. My prescriptions have always been ready when promised. This is my store of choice.

went to my normal cvs and they didn't have my prescription and unfortunately I needed it before they could have it. So the lady called this cvs and informed me that they had it and since it was just a couple minutes away I decided to go there. After the male pharmacist looked at my prescription and saw it was for pain medicine he gave me a dirty look. He then asked if I had ever been there before and I explained to him that I normally go to a different cvs and before I could finish my sentence explaining that they didn't have it he cut me off and said what are you doing here then? Once he let me finish my story he then told me I am supposed to stay at one pharmacy and not go to different ones. After I told him there shouldn't be any issue because it's the same company and also there is no law stating that I am only allowed to go to one pharmacy he told me the pharmacist was in another room reading a magazine and it would be about 45 minutes. I told him no problem I will wait. He then rolled his eyes and walked away. After about 20 minutes they called my name because it was ready and when I walked up to the counter to him and another lady arguing about what she said. I don't know the whole story with what happened between them but as a customer walking up and hearing the pharmacist yelling at a customer it gave me another bad taste in my mouth about this pharmacy. needless to say I will NOT be going back to this pharmacy I don't care if I have to drive an hour to get my medicine I will never return there. They need a class in customer service
