We have prescriptions filled here all the time. The pharmacy staff are always really nice and helpful. They are always really sweet to my kiddos too. The front register staff are always friendly and nice too.

By far worst cvs in town. The pharmacist are very rude, they discriminate every single time and always call me to tell me my prescription is ready and when I drive all the way down there they say it's not and raise their voice.

Pharmacy staff is rude and not helpful at all. Prescriptions are never ready when they say that they will be.

Horrible! Do not use this CVS. CVS Pharmacy in general is pretty bad, but the one on Joe Frank Harris Parkway is the worst. The people who work in the pharmacy are very rude, especially the actual pharmacist. I have always asked to be taken off of auto refill, and to update my address, and they refuse. I was told my prescription would be ready at a certain time. When I go to pick it up after I get an alert that it is ready, and they have not even started. They say it will just be 10 more mins, so I wait there for 25 mins and they still have not even started on it. EVERY TIME I go in there, there is an issue, and every time they try and make it the customers fault. EVERY TIME! Please do not even get started with this pharmacy, choose another. Any pharmacy will be better than this CVS. The store itself is great, but the pharmacy is HORRIBLE!
