I would give zero stars if I could. Had a VERY unpleasant interaction with the pharmacist and the cashier at the drive thru window, who handed me off to the pharmacist. I had a pre -paid order that I had been receiving text messages about over last week to come and pick up. I went yesterday Sunday not realizing they close at 5 on Sundays.... Saturdays they close at 6, Mon - Fri they close ar 7 or 8. Too many closi g hours to keep track of. I'm not their administrator. I thought they closed at 6, same as Sat. So, I missed picking up my script and prepaid for it instead thinking I would just come in on Monday and pick up. Nope, wIndow lady got confused and couldn't figure put what I was picking up and handed me off to pharmacist. He comes over, I try to explain what I'm picking up and pre paid, he cuts me off and with a finger snapping attitude says we don't have anything for you. We were working on one but nothing prior. I ask then why are you sending me text messages all of last week to come pick a script that you say you don't habe but I was able to.pre pay for. the day before. He says no don't have anything for ya! So now I have to do battle with the pharmacist to find out that they can never go back into their system to see what they filled and perhaps cancelled. There is only a blank slate there, but you get a lot.of passive aggressive "I really don't care" attitude. This place is so unprofessional. This pharmacist must've just finished his internship and thought he was something, but I rate him a failure on customer interaction, lack of professionalism, super passive aggressive. I don't need to educate another person on how to do their job. F for failure.
The pharmacy , pharmacists are always helpful, informative. Whenever I go to buy items inside they are always nice and helpful also
AWFUL BEHAVIOR at this location. First of all, as someone working in healthcare industry or at a pharmacy, you should have interpersonal skills to hear out your customers/patients and be able to understand them. I did not take a name down but that’s because I won’t be returning here EVER. I had my doc appt on 4/20 and the same day the doctor gave me medicine to pickup. I went the next day 4/21 to pickup my medicine they said they never received an order. I go back next week Tuesday 4/25 and they have yet to get an order. I called my doctor office to confirm and they said the pharmacy received their order on 4/20 but the lady sent another order. I went back inside the pharmacy and tried telling them. I tried to explain my situation to the first person that tried to help me, she gave me an attitude and told me if you are not picking up move aside, MIND YOU THERE IS NO ONE BEHIND ME ON THE LINE!!! I go over to the next lady and explain my situation, she took a look at my face for 5 seconds before asking me “how can I help you?” I told her my situation, she looked up my order and said it will be ready in 3 hours. Was that so hard? As a pharmacist or as someone working at a pharmacy how can you not have the patience to hear or understand your customers? I know the CVS corporation won’t do anything regarding this but I hope people read the reviews before coming to this pharmacy. There are GOOD reasons why this pharmacy or this location has a 2.1 out of 5.
***TERRIBLE ****They refuse to ship ALL UPS packages. They CHOOSE which packages to ship. Only 3 and it must be personal. Makes no sense at all. The manager chooses the rules? It's a chain store. Willingboro has no issues only THIS store
The pharmacy hours on this particular day were 11-6. Pharmacy didn’t inform me my prescription was ready. I realized it last minute and raced there to get it. I got there at 5:55. They were already mostly closed. They refused to help me. I’m being slightly dramatic, but if your hours are until 6, you shouldn’t START closing up until 6. The entire reason the store of CVS exists is bc of the pharmacy. You deal with medication, it’s not like I was trying to get something unnecessary. Be a decent human being and do what you’re paid to do.
This is a post based on 20+ years of experience with this particular CVS. Yes, there was a period of time when the staff, especially in the pharmacy, were outlandishly provoking with customers. I was a victim of their unprofessional behavior and also witnessed it with other customers. In recent years the last 3 to 5 approximately it seems that the pharmacy staff has been largely replaced. The new pharmacists and technicians are much better. Early closures of the store continue to be a problem, even before covid. Yes, sometimes the window is closed at odd hours due to staffing shortage, but this happens with other businesses these days too. You wouldn't want sick folks coming to work, would you? When reading other reviews of this store pay particular attention to the dates. There have been significant staffing changes at this store.
The wait times are often on the longer side and they don’t always have items in stock— but it’s a busy pharmacy so it’s expected. The staff are usually accommodating towards me however I will admit that I’ve gotten attitude before from techs and a pharmacist and I’ve been ignored while waiting in line before. However, I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and they’ve never done anyway to make me leave mostly because of the convenience of it being close to my house.
I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, I've had nothing but polite and friendly experiences with the workers here, both at the front and at the pharmacy. Maybe they listened to the negative comments! Yes there can be a line at the rush hour times, especially the after work hour. I'm pretty sure most drug stores are similar though. Docking a star because the self checkout doesn't accept cash, but this is our go to pharmacy in the area and we are happy with their service and goods.
Very slow, said they didn't have perspiration, but they did. Too lazy or lacked initiative to check their system for incoming scripts from doctor
Arrived at the drive thru pharmacy an hour before closing on 3/1/17 and was told that I couldn't wait for a prescription. When I explained that I was in a great deal of pain needed the medication and arrived an hour before closing I was told there was nothing that could be done and they couldn't fill it and I'd have to wait till the next day which was not an option. They don't care about their customers. They just want to make sure they can get off work on time. I'll never return!
