Star pharmacist, 1 Star staff. Was told the wrong wait time multiple times for the same Rx. No apology on the subsequent two returns, just curt, rude tones from each front staff/tech that I interacted with. I don't expect that each of them would personally care that they made me return and wait multiple times, but it is common courtesy to pretend and apologize on behalf of your business. I would definitely return and send patients to this pharmacist, but not to the rest of the staff. Unless the techs become more courteous, I'd unfortunately recommend any other CVS, where the staff have all been awesome.
